Probabilistic Repeated-cycle Outcomes for Graded Embryos under Sequential SET
Sequential SET with odds penalty after consecutive failures (x), reset after live birth.
Interpretation: after each consecutive failed transfer, odds of live birth are multiplied by x. After a live birth, penalty resets (f=0).
The default value (x = 0.91) is based on adjusted estimates reported by Dhaenens et al. (Human Reproduction, 2025). Setting x = 1.0 assumes independence between successive transfers.
